After Placing your order
*For regular products delivery is done within 2-3 days within Dhaka metro city. Outside Dhaka metro city it normally takes 2-4 days by delivery service to complete the delivery.
- For Customized Small order normally it takes 2-5 Days within Bangladesh.
- In case of Pre order we will deliver when the product arrives at our office/showroom.
Return Policy :
As we use delivery services of RedX & Pathao we follow their delivery policy .
- For any return the customer must check the parcel when receiving in front of delivery man and if there are any issues such as – Size issue/Quality Issue then customer must return the parcel at that time. In case of cash on delivery within Dhaka metro city customer don’t have to pay even the delivery charge . But for Outside Dhaka metro city the customer have to pay the delivery charge in advance before delivery when placing an order and this delivery charge is Non refundable as delivery company takes delivery charge whether the delivery is received or returned by customer.
Exchange Policy:
In case of exchange after receiving the parcel customer have to notify us within 2 days to exchange the parcel/product and we will raise an exchange delivery and the delivery charge is applicable for the exchange .
The customer needs to keep the product intact (not damaged) in order to get the exchange.
After raising the exchange request delivery company will deliver the new parcel and take back the exchange product.
While placing order click on the Shipping address and place the shipping address if shipping address is different than Order Address.
After placing the order you cannot change the shipping address from our website.
Customer can track the delivery from “My account “
whether the delivery is in process or not .
Raging Bull Lifestyle will share the redX / Pathao / Courier tracking number with customer ” if requested” to track the delivery by delivery company.

Home delivery Services
Depending on your order quantity we will deliver the parcel sometimes we may deliver multiple times in case of pre order basis orders .
Otherwise we normally deliver our parcels at once.
